PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change over a roller cutter to a protruded position or a retracted position to a teeth cutter by supporting the roller shaft of the roller cutter at an eccentric position of a rotary member and rotating the rotary member. SOLUTION: Rotation support members 72, 73 are provided at the upper and lower parts between spoke members 50, 50 of the cutter device 3 to rotatably fit and support a rotary disk 65, and a driving shaft 79 is inserted in a sealed space through a sealing member to be driven by an electric motor through a wormgear. The shaft ends of a roller shaft rotatably supporting a roller cutter 40 are fitted and fixed in a notched recess 66a of the rotary disk 65. Hence, the roller cutter 40 can be changed over to the protruded position or the retracted position to the teeth cutter 44 by rotating the rotary disk. Further, a plurality of roller cutters 40 are rotatably connected by the driving shaft 79, and a locking means is provided in the driving shaft 79 to retain the protruded position and a sensor is provided to detect the rotary position. |
