PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel additive-recycling system and an apparatus therefor by utilizing ash disposal in which a fuel additive of Mg compounds is recovered and recycled by ash disposal. SOLUTION: When burning fuel F including vanadium in a high content, the fuel F is burnt in a state added with a fuel additive T comprising Mg compounds, and ash in the exhaust gas is subjected to dissolving treatment to form gypsum and magnesium hydroxide, followed by separating magnesium hydroxide from gypsum and by adding the magnesium hydroxide slurry as an fuel additive to the fuel F.
