PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by providing the machine with a shutter member capable of opening and closing on an introducing path, interlocking the opening and closing action of a cap member and the opening and closing action of a shutter member by means of an interlocking mechanism and providing this interlocking mechanism with a displacement difference absorption mechanism capable of absorbing the displacement difference between the opening and closing action of the cap member and the opening and closing action of the shutter member. SOLUTION: The flour mill is provided with the shutter member 41 disposed in a hopper section 1 thereof in such a manner that the introducing path between the hopper section 1 and a mortar section may be opened and closed. The interlocking mechanism 42 for interlocking the opening and closing action of the cap member 1d and the opening and closing action of the shutter member 41 is disposed at the machine. The displacement difference absorption mechanism 43 capable of absorbing the displacement difference between the opening and closing action of the cap member 1d and the opening and closing action of the shutter member 41 is disposed at this interlocking mechanism 42. The interlocking mechanism 42 and the displacement difference absorption mechanism 43 are disposed with friction members which impact friction force between the cap member 1d side and the actuating link 44 side where the shutter member 41 is actuated forward and backward to enable the each other's interlocking and allow the release of, the each other's interlocking by permitting gliding by the force above the friction force described above.
