PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet cartridge for which an ink tank part can be easily attached to and detached from a head part. SOLUTION: A caselike frame having an opening joined to a recording head 200 is provided at a head part, and a locking claw 206 is formed at the side face thereof. A claw receiving part 224 is provided at an ink tank part 220 at its side face on a position corresponding to the locking claw 206, and the ink tank part is easily attached to the head part only by inserting the ink tank part into the frame of the head part and pushing the ink tank part until the locking claw 206 is engaged with the claw receiving part 224. Furthermore, fingering parts 205 and 222 are provided respectively at side faces of the head part and the ink tank part, and operations for attachment and detachment can be made easily with fingers applied to these parts. |
