PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocked mat in which a user does not stumble upon its use and a ground fabric does not become loose from its peripheral edge even under severe conditions of use. SOLUTION: The corner of the peripheral edge 23 of a flocked mat 20 with lengthwise and breadthwise directions changing which has a ground fabric with piles 12 tufted is trimmed by a round curve. All the peripheral edge of the ground fabric including the corners is reflected to be doubled. A cut opening 18 for trimming a reflected margin 15 is located in the side of a central part separate from the peripheral edge 23 of the flocked mat. Thus, fibers forming the ground fabric are reflected to be continuous in the front and back parts of the flocked mat 20. The cut opening 18 does not appear in the peripheral edge 23 of the flocked mat, so that the ground fabric does not become loose from the cut opening 18.
