PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair in which a sitting feeling by sinking of a cushion member can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: A seat elastic body 12 to support a seat part cushion member is stretched on a seat frame 11 to be capable of making flexural deformation. An under-seat support base 15 to be applied to a lower surface of the seat elastic body 12 to regulate flexure quantity of the seat elastic body 12 is disposed under the seat elastic body 12. The under-seat support base 15 is displaced to the seat frame 11 by a seat actuation mechanism which can be externally operated, thereby sinking quantity of the seat part cushion member can be easily adjusted.
