PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding structure which can be easily mounted and removed and compactly folded at an unnecessary time, and used for installation indoors. SOLUTION: The folding structure A is composed of a folding wall surface body 1 for partitioning comprising a pair of opposed walls 2 and a folding wall 3 connected between these opposed walls 2 by hinges 12 and formed in a valley folding shape and a large number of folding panels 29 forming ceiling surfaces, the folding wall surface body 1 is extended, and the folding structure A can be mounted and removed easily by placing the ceiling panels 29. Accordingly, the folding structure A adapted to the application of an office and a clean room, which are set up in a factory and in which independency and partitioning properties are ensured, is manufactured.
