PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor load support capable of simplifying rust preventive treatment of a pipe drum and improving productivity and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A pipe drum main body 11 is provided by cutting a steel pipe material of regular size previously applied with rust preventive treatment in specified dimensions. Thereafter, an upper part connecting part 12 and a lower part connecting part 13 are respectively formed on an upper end part 11a and a lower end part 11b of the pipe drum main body 11. Thereafter, a floor receiver member 20 is connected to the upper part connecting part 12, and a base plate 30 is connected to the lower part connecting part 13.
