PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of a vehicle for leisure by fixing a seat back of a cabin-inside seat to a rear panel at a cabin side, and forming the rear panel freely to be turned in the loading space side so that the seat back can be used as a seat cushion in a trunk room. SOLUTION: A lower part of a movable rear panel is fitted to a cross member 19 fixed to a floor panel 18 by welding through a turning hinge 17, and a seat cushion 2B for rear seat is arranged in the cross member 19 at a cabin C side so as to form a rear seat 2 with a seat back 2A in usual when the movable rear panel is sealed. The movable rear panel is turned to the loading space 10 side so as to communicate the cabin C with a trunk room T, and a long-size load can be mounted while utilizing the cabin C, and the seat back 2A is utilized as a seat cushion of a bench seat so as to effectively utilize the trunk room T as a relaxation space.
