<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a gas by drastically compensating for a gas fuel of an oven by feeding a cogeneration simply recycling type waste heat boiler vapor to a double pipe grid type vapor discharging apparatus. SOLUTION: A cogeneration simply recycling type 1, a generator 2, a waste heat boiler 3, a heat-exchanger 17 which makes waste heat of an oven chimney into hot water, and a boiler hot water tank 18 or the like are used, and also, an oven 10 to bake a dough 11 is constituted of approx. 20 units each for the top and the bottom of ribbon flame burners 14. From among the ribbon flame burners 14, one unit each for the top and the bottom is removed, and in the place, a three section double pipe grid type vapor discharging apparatus 15 is attached, and a vapor of the waste heat boiler 3 is fed into the furnace of the oven 10, and thus, an oven fuel 13 is reduced. Also, waste heat of the oven 10 is heat-exchanged by the heat-exchanger 17, and hot water is made, and by heat-recovering the hot water from the boiler hot water tank 18 to an already existing boiler 8, and thus, a fuel 4 of the boiler 3 is reduced.</p> |
