<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a spread draw line faster at a press processing while maintaining a finishing accuracy of a pressed compound. SOLUTION: An outer shape of a material after completion of a processing is obtained by a forming simulation based on a temporarily decided spread draw line (S12). A given process is repeated until the difference between the outer shape of the raw material after completion of the press processing and an objected shape reaches within acceptable tolerance.(S18) Namely, an outer shape of the raw material after completion of a press processing is obtained based on an amended spread draw line, the objected shape is mapped so as to amend the spread draw line (S14, S16). A finishing accuracy of the press compact can thus be maintained. At this time, the amended spread draw line is decided as the spread draw line for the press processing (S19). Since computing and the like of the forming simulation and a mapping of the objected shape are all carried out by a computer, the spread draw line of the press processing can be decided faster than before.</p> |
