PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an auxiliary health food while securing the abundance of trans-resveratrol. SOLUTION: This auxiliary health food is obtained by including a natural product containing trans-resveratrol as ingredient in a gel-like solid containing an alginic acid compound as ingredient. The alginic acid-based gel-like solid product thus obtained affords the aimed auxiliary health food which stably conserve trans-resveratrol unstable to light.
