PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material or controlling the emergence of soil disease damage, having strong points of a chemically synthesized agrochemical and a biological agrochemical, overcoming their weak points, namely having stable inhibitory effects on emergence of soil disease damage and slight load on an environment. SOLUTION: This material for controlling the emergence of soil disease damage is obtained by mixing 95-50 parts of soil produced at a water purification plant or weathered volcanic pumice stone with 5-50 parts of zeolite or granulating the mixture, can control a phytopathogenic fungus in soil, for example, the emergence of clubroot even if 104/1 g soil of fungi of brassicaceous clubroot exist and yet avoid the overabundance of manganese and deficiency of phosphate.
