PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hygienically dispose urine stuck to a urinal after urination by a method wherein a urinal is attached on a wall surface in a toilet space, and at the same time, a wiping paper installation part to provide wiping papers is provided on at least either one of the urinal or the wall surface in the vicinity of the urinal. SOLUTION: By using the inside of a piping case wall surface 20a which is provided along a wall surface 20 in a toilet space 1, a water feeding pipe 21 and a water draining pipe 22 are laid, and are connected to respective urination apparatus 3 and a wiping paper disposing part 11. For each urinal 3, a human body detecting sensor 4 is provided on the top, and when a user 40 standing in front of the urinal is detected, a small amount of washing water is made to flow to a urinal bowl part 3a. A wiping paper installation part 6 is located at a level higher than the central part 5 of the urinal 3, and is arranged in a range wherein the user 40 can easily reach a wiping paper 7 by extending his hand under a comfortable posture under a standing state in front of the urinal 3. The wiping paper disposing part 11 is constituted of a bowl part 12 in which a used wiping paper 7 is disposed, and a washing water jetting part 13 which jets out washing water by which the wiping paper 7 is washed down to the water draining pipe 22, or the like.
