PURPOSE: A slump loss inhibiting agent is provided which increases the workability of concrete, shortens a term of concrete works, reduces the deviation of slump between ready mixed concrete transportation vehicles such that the deterioration of a structure is prevented, and cuts down a dry shrinkage and a crack. CONSTITUTION: A slump loss inhibiting agent is prepared by processing a compound of a general formula(I) to a fine particle having a mean diameter of 0.01-500 micrometer and reacting the end of the processed fine particle with one or more metal compounds of Ca(OH)2 Al(OH)3, CaCl2, AlCl3, FeSO4, MgSO4, ZnSO4, CuCl2, ZnO, Zn(OH)2, NiSO4, CaNO3, and NaNO3. And the slump loss inhibiting agent of a general formula(II) is manufactured by reacting the compound(I) with the metal compounds and it is also prepared by mixing the compound(I) and the compound(II) in the rate of 1-99% or mixing the mixture with one or more water soluble polymers of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, oligosaccharide, and starch sugar. In formula, R1-R5 are H or methyl, n is 10-200.
