DATA RENEWAL METHOD OF FLASH ROM

摘要

PURPOSE: A data renewal method of a Flash ROM is to change a partial data of a database stored in the Flash ROM having a fixed sector dimension. CONSTITUTION: A Flash ROM having a plurality of logic sectors and storing a constituent database comprises the steps of: arranging the data of the constituent database(S110); and renewing the logic sectors when the number of the data changed by every logic sector exceed the threshold value. Thereby, the time required for the renewal is reduced by renewing the data as considering the number of the data changed by logic sector and decreasing the renewal frequency.
