PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wheel usable for both water and land by having it operate similar to a wheel of a general automobile on land and by taking in lateral water pressure flow generated by forward/backward rotation with a bent flow inner plate/bent flow outer plate, changing it to a longitudinal water pressure flow, and ejecting it forward/ backward so as to provide forward/backward propulsion in water. SOLUTION: A bent flow inner plate 2 is provided on one side and a bent flow outer plate 3 is provided on the opposite side of a propeller wheel 1 in which the wheel plate of a wheel of an automobile or the like has been modified to the shape of a fan blade, so as not to interfere with the activity of the wheel 1. Lateral water pressure flow generated by forward rotation in the water is taken in via a bent flow inner plate 2, changed into a longitudinal water pressure flow, and ejected toward the rear so as to provide forward propulsion. Also lateral water flow generated by backward rotation in the water is taken in via the bent flow outside plate 3, changed into a longitudinal water pressure flow, and ejected toward the front so as to provide backward propulsion. If attached to a general automobile or the like, it can be used as a wheel therefore on land, and in the water, the water pressure flow that is ejected can be used as a propulsion force, such that it is a valuable instrument as a wheel for use both on land and in water.
