PURPOSE: A device is provided to record various memorandums for effective managing a vehicle and preventing a unplanned repairing. CONSTITUTION: The memorizing device of the vehicle is composed of:a function control unit(3) indicating many kinds of vehicle components that need a periodical replacement and inspection; a display unit(1) indicating the component list; and a menu key(K). The device automatically indicates the inspecting and replacing state of many repairing objects for managing according to the driving time and the traveling distance by a visual and auditory value, lighting color and signal sound.
