RANDOM ACCESS METHOD IN TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A random access method in telecommunication system is provided to reduce data collision because data are transmitted in the state that present used mobile terminal knows the state of a reverse common channel. CONSTITUTION: The random access method in telecommunication system comprises: a step dividing a forward common channel into plural random access slots having constant time period; a step deciding the state of a reverse common channel during said respective random access slot; a step broadcasting via the forward common channel to plural mobile terminals during the random access slot following the random access slot in said decision step; and a step accessing the reverse channel in referring said state data.
