PURPOSE: A heat radiation device using a heat sink is provided to prevent mis-operation and damages due to the heat by venting the heat generated from a heat sink out of a machine more promptly. CONSTITUTION: The device is composed of:a heat sink(13) having many heat radiation pins(12, 12') of various height and formed at a certain interval on the heat radiating surface of a heat radiating body(11); a blowing piece(14) driven to forcibly vent the heat generated from the heat radiation pins; a windshield member(21) installed adjacent to the heat sink to guide the air generated from the blowing piece closely around the heat radiation pins; and a recessed part(21a) and a grooved part(21b) formed on one side facing the heat radiation pins of the heat sink at a certain interval.
