PURPOSE: A method of intangible property right transaction in internet is provided to join everybody in the transaction and lead an operating principle of a cyber market to reallocate and share a profit by making a reasonable price. CONSTITUTION: A possessor of the intangible property right, who want to buy and sell, registers the right. A value of the right is evaluated to allocate an initial share to the possessor. The allocated initial share is sold as a stock in a virtual stock market and a reasonable price of the right is calculated. A regular share of the profit is allocated to stockholders of the virtual stock market in the transaction.
