PURPOSE: A method for judging a drowsy driving of a driver is provided to judge precisely the drowsy driving by the blinking number of a lid of the driver and an awakening degree. CONSTITUTION: A drowsy driving judging method is formed by:a studying step for studying a maximum value of an open and close from the motion of a eyelid of a driver for operating a system for a certain period from starting a motor vehicle and for deciding a blink time for examining an awakening degree; a calculating step for calculating the awakening degree according to the studied open and close maximum value and blink time with an interval of a certain time; a judging step for judging a drowsy driving according to the calculate result; and a warning step for warning the drowsy driving according to the judged result. The judging method can judge the drowsy driving precisely from the moving eyelid of the driver for warning the drowsy driving based on the judged result.
