PURPOSE: A headphone with voice mixing function is provided to mix inner sound and outer sound by adding a voice mixing function to a headphone or an earphone. CONSTITUTION: The headphone with a voice mixing function comprises: a mixing circuit unit(1); an outer sound input unit(2); a microphone(2-1); a power supply(3); an inner sound input unit(4); a function converting switch(1-1); a speaker(5); the outer sound input unit(2) amplifying a sound signal data through the microphone(2-1) and transmitting the mixing circuit unit(1) according to the function converting switch(1-1); and the mixing circuit unit(1) receiving and mixing the inner sound and outer sound, spontaneously.
