PURPOSE: The watergate is provided to exhaust the water flowed in to the lower end, for not generating the light synthesis such as green tide or red tide to improve the water quality. CONSTITUTION: The installation of a watergate has the steps of: establishing plural water pressure plates(3) as a shape of a sea gull at the rear face of a watergate(1); equipping a streamline buoyancy plate(12) at the rear face(12) of the other watergate(1) to increase the watergate by the buoyancy. The installation of a flexible fixing device has the steps of: constituting one or plural moving hinges(2) at the side of the watergate(1); combining plural watergate supporters(4,5,6) for moving up/down at the body(10) of river bottom or a reservoir; opening the lower end of the watergate(1) by the load of water pressure; expanding the water tank section by the rising of water level to maintain a full water level.
