PURPOSE: A semi-permanent drain pipe and an identification method thereof are provided to indicate the assortments easily, to prevent the deformation or the degradation of the structural strength and to keep the weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: The drain pipe(20) is composed of:a small pipe(21) having hollow core(21a) and wound in spiral continuously; a synthetic resin adhesive layer(22) formed between the small pipes; and a colored indication part(23) of a certain thickness coated compressively outside. A drain pipe manufacturing device(1') comprises:an extruder(32) to produce and extrude liquid synthetic resin; a colored resin extruder(33) to extrude liquid colored synthetic resin; a drum(31) composed of multiple rotating rollers(34) installed on the edge and rotated by a driving motor(M); and a compression roller(35) installed separated from the rotating roller at a certain interval.
