PURPOSE: An apparatus of manufacturing hollow noodles is provided to easily and rapidly manufacture hollow noodles or hollow noodles filled with seasoned fillings by passing through a couple of forming rollers. CONSTITUTION: A first forming roller(1) and a second forming roller(2) installed in parallel are touched and rotated in the noodle manufacturing apparatus. A plurality of forming grooves(1a) are formed on the circumference of the first forming roller(1). A plurality of protruding cutting parts(1b) are respectively formed near the first forming roller(1) and the forming grooves(1a). A plurality of forming grooves(2a) on the circumference of the second forming roller(2) are formed on the responding points to the forming grooves(1a) of the first forming roller(1). A plurality of protruding cutting parts(2b) are respectively formed between two forming grooves(2a) for cutting and combining the dough passing between the forming grooves(1a,2a) of the first forming roller(1) and the second forming roller(2). The seasoned fillings are filled in the hollow parts of noodles through pipe-typed hollow parts of a forming shaft rod. |
