PURPOSE: An optical recording media is provided to greatly increase recording density by narrowing a track pitch to an optical spot of a specific wavelength. CONSTITUTION: Successively or intermittently wobbling pit columns of a regular cycle correspond to an information signal. The columns are composed of tracks and wobbled to make adjacent pit columns have phases which are reversed, respectively. The pit columns has a wobble shape bent toward both sides on the basis of a track central line. If the media has a mountain and a furrow, the pit columns is adjacent to the furrow and a region disposed between adjacent pit columns has a mountain structure.
