PURPOSE: A non-contacting permanent magnet clutch is provided to prevent the abrasion of a clutch board, to lengthen the life of the product and to simplify the structure and to protect environment according to the no-generation of impurities. CONSTITUTION: The clutch is composed of:a fly wheel(2) attached on a driving shaft(1) of a driving engine; a clutch board(4) combined to a driven shaft(3) by a spline; permanent magnets(2a, 4a) laid on the surface where the fly wheel and the clutch board is facing each other in 2 row radius while installing the same poles of the magnets to be corresponding to each other.; Herein, the permanent magnet(4a) of the clutch board is placed between the permanent magnet(2a) attached on the fly wheel, and an interval maintaining device(5) is installed between the fly wheel and the clutch board. Thereby, the abrasion is prevented, and the life of the product is lengthened.
