MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SURFACE MODIFIED PIGMENT FOR SHADE COSMETICS AND SHADE COSMETICS CONTAINING SURFACE MODIFIED PIGMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A surface modified pigment for soft and moist shade cosmetics with excellent waterproof and luster is provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a surface modified pigment is composed of: a step for coating an organic/inorganic pigment by using a long chained oil of a citrate group; a step for emulsifying an ester group oil and a silicon gel by using an emulsifier; and a step for dispersing the organic/inorganic pigment being coated by the long chained oil of the citrate group to the emulsifier for coating. Therefore shade cosmetics containing the surface modified pigment has a smooth and a moist feeling while having excellent waterproof, spreading property, and luster.
