BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR SENSING METAL PIECE INJECTION INTO CHUTE UNIT

PURPOSE: A belt conveyor system is provided to prevent the belt cutting process by easily detecting the state at once before generating the belt cutting without being affected by error operation by dust. CONSTITUTION: An installation of a belt conveyor system has the steps of:connecting the 1st sensing conductor(110) for playing a role of sensing line of roller side at plural steel shaped carrier roller stand(40-1, 40-2) for forming the insulation state on a supporting frame(20) of the lower end of the belt(10); connecting the 2nd sensing conductor(120) between a steel skirt(31) and the down chute(30-1) which is the lower end of the steel shaped transferring material storage chute established; and controlling the rear process by the resistance value measured by establishing an insulation sensor(100) on the 1st sensing conductor and the 2nd sensing conductor.
