摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a Hizikia fusiforme processed food is provided to maintain the peculiar structural feeling of the Hizikia fusiforme and to improve a flavor by sterilizing under an acid condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a Hizikia fusiforme processed food comprises: preliminary treating the Hizikia fusiforme; mixing a protein source to the Hizikia fusiforme; adjusting the pH of the mixture into an acidity; and sterilizing. Herein, a dried anchovy or a bean is used for the protein source, and the sterilization is processed in a temperature of under 100°C for less than 30 minutes. The manufacturing method for the Hizikia fusiforme processed food can maintain the structural feeling of the Hizikia fusiforme for enhancing the flavor, the protein source is added for supplying an excellent nutrition.
