PURPOSE: A driving controller of a motor is provided to sense the pressure of a condenser and to control the operation of a blower motor for a condenser according to the sensed pressure. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises:a condenser(2); a drying device(3); a pipe(P) installed between the condenser and the drying device; a pressure switch(7) turned on and off according to the pressure of the coolant and interposed in the pipe; and a blower motor(9) operated and stopped according to the on/off of the pressure switch.; Herein, the driving controller is installed to:supply the coolant delivered from a compressor(1) to a condenser(2) to condense; dry the coolant in a drying device(3); expand the coolant via an expansion valve(4); supply the coolant to an evaporator(5); and return the coolant from the evaporator to a condenser motor(9). Thereby, the life of the motor is lengthened, and electrical energy is saved.
