PURPOSE: An oil separating purifier for a frying machine is provided to easily drain and to easily separate by pouring the compressed air to the inner upper space of an oil separating tub, and to use the oil in a clean state for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The oil separating purifier for a frying machine comprises:an oil separating tub(1) equipped a cooling device(7) around the outside; a polluted oil drain pipe(4) connected with the frying machine, and to heat-exchange with the cooling water by a coil unit(5) rolled in a coil shape inside the oil separating tub(1); a supply and drain pipes(10a)(10b) to supply and to drain the cooling water; a drain valve(9) of the bottom of a hopper-typed bottom(8) to drain the separated impurities; a floating impurities drain pipe(12) to drain the floating impurities; a compressed air inflow pipe(14) installed to pour the compressed air to the inner upper space; a perspective window(16) installed in front to distinguish the inside.
