METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRELIMINARY TREATMENT OF BREWED SOY SAUCE MANUFACTURING RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method and a device for a preliminary treatment of a brewed soy sauce raw material is provided to minimize a manufacturing equipment, to easily manage a manufacturing process, and to manufacture a brewed soy sauce with an excellent quality by using an extruder. CONSTITUTION: A method for a preliminary treatment of a brewed say sauce raw material comprises: selecting(1) a wheat for transferring to a storing house(2); transferring the wheat to a crusher(3) of the next process by using a conveyer(A) after measuring a certain amount; crushing the wheat for a size of 1-3 millimeters by using the crusher; storing the crushed wheat in the storing house; supplying the wheat to an extruder(8) by using the conveyer; selecting a defatted soybean; transferring the defatted soybean to a storing house(5) for transferring to a crusher(6) by using the conveyer; supplying the defatted soybean to the extruder by using the conveyer; and heating the wheat and the defatted soybean at a temperature of 100-110°C for extrude shaping.
