PURPOSE: A freezing device is provided to make the device compact and to improve the freezing efficiency of the device by installing a pre-cooling device and the warm side of a pulse tube onto the same line and by performing efficient heat radiation at one position. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises:a driving unit(100) installed on a non-lubricative pulse tube freezer and to generate driving power; a cylinder(110a) formed on an upper frame(11); a freezing unit(200) having a very low temperature part by thermo-dynamic cycle of the operation gas; a precooler(250) composing the freezing unit; a connecting tube(251) installed between the upper part of the cylinder and the lower part of the precooler to be communicated; a regenerator(240) installed on the upper part of the precooler to store the present heat of the operation gas by the temperature difference according to the compressing and expansion of the operation gas and to be communicated; a pulse tube(210) installed on one side of the regenerator to be at a level with the regenerator.
