PURPOSE: A sheet for oppressing limbs for loosing weight is provided to prevent harmful effect caused by an excessive diet as naturally loosing weight of the oppressed arms and legs, and to show the naturally beautiful body. CONSTITUTION: An upper oppressing plate(11) is formed in the upper part for covering the brachium of an arm and the femoral region of a leg, and a lower oppressing plate(12) is formed the lower part for covering the forearm of the arm and the calf of the leg and also a spandex fabric(13) covering the elbow of the arm and the knee of the leg is connected with the upper and the lower oppressing plate in the middle. The upper and the lower oppressing plate have a tendon material(14) installed in a length direction to keep the shape of the upper and the lower oppressing plate, and both side ends of the upper and the lower oppressing plate have a connecting device(20) that connects both ends of the upper and the lower oppressing plate to fix after covering the arms and legs. The connecting device has many combining holes(21) and combined by a combining string.
