PURPOSE: A mis-operation preventing device for a loom is provided to prevent the break of a longitude by the mis-operation of a shuttle by interfering at weaving. CONSTITUTION: The mis-operation preventing device for the loom contains: a sleeve(20) reciprocate-transferred a certain section by connecting in a driving device(25); many connecting projections(23) formed in regular intervals in the upper face of the sleeve(20); a shuttle(60) to weave a latitude between longitudes(70, 72) by connecting in the connecting projection(23), and by round-transferring; a shuttle cap(65) to support the shuttle(60) not to be separated from the connecting projection(23) by locating in the upper part of the shuttle(60); a control unit(50) to automatically stop a loom when an electric signal is inputted from a detecting device(30) by electrically connecting in the detecting device(30).
