PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To entirely cool the inside of a cabinet by forming an air flow penetrating through the front and the rear of the cabinet. SOLUTION: A chassis 4 where the various kinds of optical parts are mounted, a light source 3, a power feeding body generating heat at an energizing time and provided in the vicinity of the chassis 4 and a fan 5 arranged on the side of the light source 3 and cooling the light source 3 are provided in the inside of the cabinet 1 of a projecting device. A hole 20 to allow the flow-in of air to the inside of the cabinet 1 is opened, and the passage of cooling air penetrating the front and the rear of the cabinet 1 and passing through the light source 3 and the power feeding body is formed between the hole 20 and the fan 5.
