SOLUTION: A state detection part 4 detects the state of maintenance parts such as a toner. An information addressee is registered in an information addressee storage part 6, and when for example, there is no more toner, a message transmission part 5 takes out a message to the effect and transmits it to the information addressee concerned. An information addressee terminal 3 has a message displaying that toner has run out.
