PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the cleaning of a disk-like recording medium housed in the main body of a cartridge and also to contrive the stable rotation of the medium. SOLUTION: Liners 49, 51 are disposed on inner surfaces confronted each other of the cartridge main body 4 formed by butting a pair of upper/lower halves 2, 3 for coupling wherein the disk-like recording medium 5 is freely rotatably housed. The liners 49, 51 are provided with adhering parts 52, 53 to the cartridge main body 4 and unadhering parts 54, 55, and an unventilating layer 82 is formed on the surface side confronted with the inner surface of the cartridge main body 4 of the unadhering parts 54, 55. The unadhering parts 54, 55 are floated to the side of the disk-like recording medium 5 by the air flow generated at the time when the disk-like recording medium 5 is rotationally driven in the cartridge main body 4, and they are brought into contact with the disk-like recording medium 5 to execute the cleaning.
