PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable miniaturization of a drive installation portion by downsizing a motor and to enhance the controllability of the motor and reduce vibration and noise by reducing motor drive current. SOLUTION: The drive is provided with a head unit 5 which is supported on guides 13A and 13B installed on a head unit supporting frame 11 so that the head unit can be linearly moved, and a ball screw stem 15 screwed into a nut 16 placed in the head unit 5. Further, a pair of motors 21 and 22 are connected with either end of the ball screw stem 15, respectively, and the pair of the motors 21 and 22 are simultaneously driven to give rotational force to both the ends of the ball screw stem 15. |
