<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem as a narrowness of a visual angle which a liquid crystal display has, and to display a clear image by providing a first electrode connected to the drain of a thin film transistor and a second electrode extending from a common wire and disposing the first and second electrodes in a spiral so as to mesh with each other. SOLUTION: A picture element 103 connected to the drain of a thin film transistor 100 is surrounded by a common electrode 105 and is separated from a gate wire 101 and a source wire 102. Therefore, since it can be inhibited that the picture element electrode 103 is influenced from the gate wire 101 and the source wire 102 by fixing the common electrode 105 to a predetermined potential, a clear and accurate image having no bleeding on a periphery of the picture element can be indicated. Further, since a pair of electrodes 103, 105 are spirally extending toward a center vicinity in one picture element so as mesh with each other, an influence due to an interference from a neighborhood formed on an end of the electrodes is exhibited little.</p> |
