PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-collection reactor for executing high-accuracy inspection and a cell function measurement method by using it, by removing a defect of a conventional method, and by using a simpler measurement system, and by using whole blood. SOLUTION: This blood-collection reaction container stores a stimulator in the state before being used, so that operations from blood collecting to a contact reaction between the blood and the stimulator will be performed throughout, and is kept in the vacuum and sealed state in advance, so that a blood quantity required for the reaction can be collected. In this cell function measurement method, the blood is collection in the blood-collection reaction container, and the contact reaction between the blood cells and the stimulator is executed in the blood-collection reaction container, and a bioactive substance produced from the blood cells is measured.
