PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively save fuel consumption of a system without inviting size-enlargement and decrease in reliability. SOLUTION: An air conditioning part 4 for supplying a pressure cabin 2 with conditioned air by controlling temperature and pressure of extracted air X from an engine 1 comprises a heat exchanger 4 for pre-cooling the extracted air X by ram air L and a vapor cycle system 5 for further cooling the extracted air X passing through the heat exchanger 4. Thereby the extracted air X is able to be extracted from a lower pressure stage of the engine 1 and a quantity of the extracted air is able to be reduced by half, and as in the case of providing an air cycle system and a vapor cycle system in parallel, the volume and the number of parts is effectively prevented from being doubled.
