PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable water-wheel generator capable of being carried to a camp site as a cargo of the small volume convenient for transport and capable of obtaining required electric power by floating the water-wheel generator on a river by extremely easily assembling the water-wheel generator in a short time at a job site. SOLUTION: A blade piece 4 is tensioned on opposed receiving bones 3 of a pair of opposed umbrella-shaped switching devices 2 of a rotary shaft 1, water wheels 7 having an interval holding member 6 tensioned on an adjacent master bone 5 and a generator are horizontally installed on a lateral slender buoyancy bag 8, an electric wire containing mooring rope 9 is installed on the buoyancy bag 8, rudders 10 are installed in front and in rear or left and right, and plural units of the water wheels 7 and the generator are installed on the buoyancy bag 8.
