PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information related with an event or the like and the related information from among information opened to the public through a WWW or the like at the proper timing. SOLUTION: An information acquiring means 8 acquires information from the designated information acquiring destination, and an event information extracting part 9 extracts event and date information related with an event and a date from the information, and a related information retrieving device 12 retrieves a document preserving device 4, and retrieves the related information related with the event and date information. A notice information selecting part 17 reports notice information obtained by combining the event and date information with the related information to a user at the timing when the condition preliminarily decided by the user is fulfilled. The notice information whose condition is not instructed by the user is reported to the user according to the condition obtd. so as to match with a timing to report based on the related information in the notice information. |
