PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of a bearing and lengthen the life of a ball bearing by preventing initial separation of a track ring under the environment of lubricating oil having a high coefficient of traction. SOLUTION: In the ball bearing having a plurality of balls arranged between a fixed side track ring and a rotational side track ring and to be used under the condition of the sliding ratio of 5% and 40 deg.C and under the environment of lubricating oil having a coefficient of traction of 0.07 or more, the groove radius of at least the rotational side track ring is set in the range of 0.53 to 0.58 Dw when the ball diameter is assumed Dw, and the hardness of the track ring is set in the range of HRC58 to HRC64. |
