PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a master device of use environment information of a slave device and to manage it by the master device by allowing the master device to have name management information of the slave device, registering the administrator name of the slave device as a 1st name in the master device, making the slave device impossible to change the name, registering a use place name of a 2nd name as a candidate in the master device and making the slave device possible to select the name. SOLUTION: A slave station management information storage part 5 is provided with a 1st name storage part 6 storing a list of 1st names of slave device administrators and a 2nd name storage part 7 storing a 2nd name list of slave device use places and is in charge of displaying and processing the storage contents to a display part 9. A registration information storage part 8 stores designated name information from the 1st and 2nd name storage parts 6 and 7 of the slave device and displays the contents in the display part 9. Information is inputted to the 1st and 2nd name storage parts 6 and 7 by on a specific input screen of the master device by using an input part 2. Further, it is possible to change the 2nd name setting of a slave device use place from the slave device and when the slave device is set in the charger at the changed use place, the change is set and reported to the master device.
