PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute well-regulated winding to a spectacle core regardless of a turn number and to perform automatic winding as well. SOLUTION: This device is provided with cores 41 and 42 where a groove extended in the longitudinal direction of an insertion part to be inserted to through-holes 43A and 43B in the spectacle core 43, and provided with a width capable of making a wire 44 to be wound pass through and rotary shafts 31A and 31B integrated with the cores 41 and 42 so as to turn the insertion part 32A inside the through-holes 43A and 43B.
