PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate washing reception service capable of dealing with a misoperation by providing a washing reception device with a temporary receipt issuing means for issuing a temporary receipt after detecting the charge of washing. SOLUTION: When a human body sensor detects a user, a message for urging a user to insert a membership card is displayed on an LCD display device 13. When the membership card is normal, a charging door solenoid is controlled, a charging door is unlocked and a message for urging the user to charge a cleaning bag is displayed on the display device 13. When a charging door opening switch detects the open of the charging door, a message related to the charge of a cleaning bag is displayed on the display device 13. When the switch detects the close of the charging door, the switch locks the charging door and opens/closes a front medium door 16 and a rear medium door. When an optical sensor 24 detects the charge of a cleaning bag, a required message is displayed on the display device 13 and a temporary receipt is issued from a printer 15.
